Good technique can make the difference between a hit and miss.

If I spend one hour with a sports coach my game improves dramatically for the period that I remember to implement those technique's. After a while though I will go back to the same old habits until the next time I am told. If I receive a regular lesson however it becomes part of my make up and I do it instinctively without thinking of how or why I do it that way and I get better.
The same can be said for the work place. Staff training on good practice and understanding needs to be reinforced as a structured program.
